Website and service terms for Autism Pathways Consulting.
Autism Pathways Consulting provides parent education, pattern review, and support planning. Our services are not therapy, psychology, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or any form of medical or clinical treatment. We do not diagnose conditions, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome for your child. APC works with you, not instead of the therapists or professionals your child is already seeing.
Interim availability notice: Paid options are candidate services shown for transparency only. They are not generally available. Every request is subject to individual Founder suitability, capacity, and availability review. International clients may be accepted for online support under the same review process.
For the candidate One-Concern Parent Session (RM350), no public paid booking route is available. If APC separately invites you to submit a booking request, the Founder reviews suitability, capacity, and availability and gives individual permission. Only after that permission should local clients pay by DuitNow QR or bank transfer to APC's Maybank business account, and international clients by bank transfer through Wise, using current details sent privately by the Founder. Payment proof is required. CJ verifies payment before confirming the booking. Submitting a request, making payment, or sending proof does not create automatic booking confirmation. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), and the candidate prices shown are for transparency only. The APC payment safety notice does not provide public payment instructions.
Paid services are currently unavailable through any public booking route. Before any Founder-authorized payment, APC will provide the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms in writing. Do not pay until the Founder has supplied those terms and given explicit written permission to pay.
This temporary wording is not a final legal policy, does not close OPS-HOLD-002, and does not change rights and obligations in any existing written client agreement.
APC Calm Companion is a free, general educational tool for ordinary, non-emergency situations. It is not therapy, diagnosis, assessment, medical advice, crisis support, or a substitute for an individual professional review. It cannot determine why a situation is happening, and no action or outcome is guaranteed.
The app works without an account or profile. If you choose to add a name or nickname, it is stored only in that browser on that device until you remove it. Do not use a full legal name on a shared device.
Do not use the app when someone is in immediate danger, seriously injured, unable to breathe, at risk of running into danger, or when you cannot keep people safe. Contact the appropriate emergency service instead.
Feedback is voluntary and is used to improve the app. Do not submit names, diagnoses, schools, contact details, private information about a child, or requests for urgent help. APC may remove feedback that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, unrelated, or contains information the form was not designed to collect.
APC may correct, update, pause, or withdraw the app when needed for safety, maintenance, or product improvement. Availability, installation, offline access, browser compatibility, and individual accessibility may vary by device.
All website content, guides, downloadable resources, and course materials remain the intellectual property of CJ Special and Inclusive Consultancy unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially reproduced without written permission.
APC provides parent education based on evidence-informed approaches and ten years of experience working with families in Malaysia. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
