What APC Is and Is Not

Autism Pathways Consulting provides parent education, pattern review, and support planning. Our services are not therapy, psychology, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or any form of medical or clinical treatment. We do not diagnose conditions, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome for your child. APC works with you, not instead of the therapists or professionals your child is already seeing.

Services

• Free 15-Min First Step Call: a fit check to understand your situation and recommend a next step. No obligation.
• One-Concern Parent Session (RM350): 45 minutes online, focused on one repeated concern, with a pattern review and one practical next step.
• APC Home Support Programme (RM1,800): four sessions, once every two weeks, with a personalised Home Support Plan, plus one check-in approximately one month after the final session, and WhatsApp clarification during the active programme period.

Bookings and Payment

Payment is required in full before your first session. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay. We accept DuitNow transfer (Maybank account 564874606832) and other methods as advised at booking.

APC reserves the right to reschedule appointments where necessary, decline bookings where appropriate, and limit repeated use of free consultation slots.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited unless there are exceptional circumstances.
• One-Concern Parent Session: no refund once the session has taken place.
• Home Support Programme: if you withdraw before Session 2, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion minus any sessions already delivered. No refund is available once three or more sessions have been delivered.

Intellectual Property

All website content, guides, downloadable resources, and course materials remain the intellectual property of CJ Special and Inclusive Consultancy unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

APC provides parent education based on evidence-informed approaches and ten years of experience working with families in Malaysia. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
