One-Concern Parent Session
RM350 · 45-minute Google Meet session
One focused parent concern. Submit a booking request first. The Founder reviews suitability, capacity, and availability, then gives individual permission. Only then should local clients pay RM350 by DuitNow QR or bank transfer to APC's Maybank business account, and international clients by bank transfer through Wise, using the details sent privately. Submit payment proof and wait while the Founder verifies payment and confirms the booking manually. A request, payment, or proof is not automatic booking confirmation.

APC Home Support Programme
RM1,800 · Four 60-minute sessions · Approximately 6–8 weeks
A practical home-support plan with implementation, review, adjustment, bounded clarification, no unlimited messaging, a final written plan or summary, and no additional post-programme check-in. The Founder must review suitability, capacity, and availability before any individual permission to pay.

The required sequence cannot be skipped.
- Submit a request.
- The Founder completes a suitability and capacity review.
- The Founder gives individual permission to pay and sends the current payment details privately.
- For local payments, use the DuitNow QR or APC Maybank business-account transfer details provided by the Founder. For international payments, use the Wise bank-transfer details provided by the Founder.
- Send payment proof through the channel identified by the Founder.
- The Founder verifies the payment.
- The Founder confirms the booking and sends the session details.
Submitting payment proof does not automatically confirm a booking. APC provides parent education, interpretation, prioritisation, planning, implementation support, review, and adjustment. APC does not provide diagnosis, therapy, medical treatment, crisis work, unlimited messaging, or guaranteed outcomes.
