Cancellation
Interim information while paid-service terms remain under review.
This is an interim risk-containment notice, not a final legal policy, and OPS-HOLD-002 remains open. Paid support is subject to Founder suitability, capacity, and availability review. International clients may be accepted for online support under the same review process.
If you need to change a free call, use the options in your current calendar invitation or contact APC. This does not create a paid-service cancellation rule, penalty, or entitlement.
Paid services are booked individually. CJ confirms fit and availability first, then sends payment details privately, together with the applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms in writing. Malaysia: bank transfer or DuitNow QR. Singapore and other countries: Wise.
This temporary notice does not close OPS-HOLD-002, approve a final policy, or change rights and obligations in any existing written client agreement.
