Cancellation
Interim information while paid-service terms remain under review.
This is an interim risk-containment notice, not a final legal policy. Paid services are candidate services, not generally available, and OPS-HOLD-002 remains open. International clients may be accepted for online support, subject to Founder suitability, capacity, and availability review.
If you need to change a free call, use the options in your current calendar invitation or contact APC. This does not create a paid-service cancellation rule, penalty, or entitlement.
Paid services are currently unavailable through any public booking route. Before any Founder-authorized payment, APC will provide the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms in writing. Do not pay until the Founder has reviewed suitability, capacity, and availability, supplied those terms, and given explicit written permission to pay. For now, local payments are made by DuitNow QR or bank transfer to APC's Maybank business account. International payments are made by bank transfer through Wise. Current payment details are sent privately.
This temporary notice does not close OPS-HOLD-002, approve a final policy, or change rights and obligations in any existing written client agreement.
