Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking, rescheduling, payment and no-show policy.

Overview

This policy applies to free 15-min First Step Calls and paid APC parent support services.

Free 15-Min First Step Calls

Free 15-Min First Step Calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows or misuse of free booking services may result in restricted access to future bookings.

Paid Parent Support Services

  • Payment instructions are provided after intake review and confirmation by CJ.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed sessions or cancellations made with insufficient notice may be non-refundable.
  • If you are running late, please inform APC as early as possible. Late arrival may reduce the remaining available session time.
